By applying, you agree to
Goldsky's Customer Agreement and the terms of the program: namely that you are a new customer, you will be using the discounted account exclusively to power public goods, and you will publicly display on your project / app homepage a "powered by Goldsky" badge. A "public good" is defined as a product or service that is provided openly (ie. no restrictions on access) without accruing any profit.
